Courtney is the founder of LeadHer Publishing and has helped hundreds of women turn their stories, expertise, and chaotic brain dumps into powerful, published nonfiction books. She’s also a former team leader, mindset coach, confidence workshop facilitator, and your go-to girl for “wait… can I actually write this?” moments.
Courtney brings hype, honesty, and high-vibe encouragement to every space she’s in — especially when you’re trying to write the thing that’s been living rent-free in your head. Fair warning: she will lovingly bully you into actually starting your book.
Andrea Mondoux, Transformation Mindset Coach & LHP Lead Author and Mentor
Andrea is a 6x published author (and currently penning her second solo book!), so she knows her way around a manuscript—and the messy middle that often comes with it. But her magic doesn’t stop at storytelling. With a background as a social worker turned transformation coach, Andrea deeply understands the inner narratives that can hold us back from doing the things we really want… like actually writing the book that's been on your heart for years.
Andrea brings the perfect blend of practical writing know-how and soulful mindset work to help you get words on the page and out of your own way. Think of her as part book doula and part inner voice whisperer.

Guided Writing Sessions
Think gentle structure meets creative freedom. You'll get writing prompts, story mapping tools, and quiet, focused time to *actually* get words on the page—without distractions, laundry, or emails pulling at you.
Wellness & Mindset Work
Start each day with grounding practices like breathwork, gentle movement, or guided journaling to clear mental clutter and help you drop into flow. These moments are designed to reconnect you with your voice *before* you pick up the pen.
Cozy Accommodations (Shared only, 2 to a bed))
You’ll stay in a warm, welcoming space that feels like a cozy hug. Think: soft lighting, comfy beds, calming energy, and little details that make you feel instantly at home (with zero chores to do).
All Meals + Snacks Included
